Loop Engineering AI is designed with a local-first privacy approach.
Saved prompts, loops, generated outputs, templates, learning progress, and your Gemini API key are designed to stay on your device.
Firebase is used only for anonymous app identity and purchase entitlement metadata.
When you generate content with Gemini, your input is sent to Gemini only to create the requested output.

Gemini API key
If you choose to use your own Gemini API key, the key is stored securely on your device. It is not uploaded to Firebase. You can delete the key from the app settings.
AI generation with Gemini
When you choose to generate content using Gemini, the text you enter is sent to Gemini so the AI can create a response. Loop Engineering AI does not store your prompt or generated output in Firebase.
Firebase anonymous identity
Loop Engineering AI may use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create an anonymous app ID. This anonymous ID is used only for purchase entitlement and receipt metadata.
Purchase and entitlement metadata
If you make an in-app purchase, purchase entitlement metadata may be stored in Firebase Firestore. This metadata may include product ID, platform, purchase status, entitlement status, timestamps, masked purchase token, and hashed purchase token. Raw purchase tokens are not stored in Firestore by the current app design.
Advertising
Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device, app, advertising, and ad interaction data to show, measure, and improve ads. Pro users do not see ads.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by third-party services only as needed for app functionality, including Gemini API, Firebase, Google Play, Apple App Store, and Google AdMob.
User controls
You can delete your Gemini API key, clear local library data, clear learning progress, and delete saved prompts and loops from the app settings. For Firebase anonymous entitlement metadata questions, contact support.
Children's privacy
Loop Engineering AI is not intended for children under 13.
